About us

We combine more than 20 years of our team's academic and practical experience in RF engineering and radar development with an agile, research-driven approach. Working in Poland and contributing to technology development projects across Europe, we bring together expertise in radio frequency engineering, microwave systems, signal processing, and radar architecture to address demanding technical challenges.

What We Do

Our engineering work covers radar system architecture and development, RF and microwave engineering, antenna systems, signal processing, target detection and tracking algorithms, system integration, and testing. We also contribute to research and development activities, supporting technology partners in the development of advanced radar systems and components.

Our Direction

The rapid growth of unmanned aerial systems is creating new demands for radar technologies capable of delivering reliable detection across a wide range of operational environments. As these systems become more widespread, there is a growing need for compact, cost-efficient sensors that can be deployed at scale without the cost and complexity associated with many conventional solutions.

Our long-term ambition is to develop a proprietary multifunctional radar platform based on an alternative technological approach to tranding phased-array architectures. We aim to combine competitive detection performance with lower system costs, scalable manufacturing, and simpler operation and maintenance. The technology has undergone testing in practical applications, and further development and validation are ongoing.

LYS RADARS is based in Poland, a promising environment for radar technology development thanks to its industrial capabilities and growing focus on defence and technological independence. Our ambition is to contribute to the development of advanced radar systems in Europe and, as our technology matures, to gradually establish manufacturing capabilities in Poland.
